Emergencies can happen at any time, which is why our emergency department operates around the clock, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays. No matter when an emergency occurs, our team is always ready to respond.

Our fully equipped ambulances ensure safe, sterile, and rapid transportation to the hospital. Each ambulance is fitted with essential life-support equipment, oxygen supplies, a defibrillator, a stretcher, and emergency medications to begin treatment immediately — even before arriving at the hospital.

The trained emergency response team guarantees that all patients receive prompt, professional, and compassionate medical attention. Our team includes certified paramedics, emergency nurses, and on-call physicians who specialize in urgent and critical care. From the moment a call is received, our goal is to minimize response time and stabilize every patient as quickly as possible.

Upon arrival at the emergency department, patients are triaged based on the severity of their condition. Critical cases are attended to without delay. The department is equipped with cardiac monitors, ventilators, suture and trauma kits, and a dedicated resuscitation area. Laboratory and imaging services (X-ray, ultrasound, and CT scan) are available on site for rapid diagnosis.
